What happens if I don’t consume the full quota of my monthly credits?
The unused credits expire at the end of the month. For example, if you bought a plan of 100 credits for $19 and could consume only 70 credits, then the remaining 30 credits will expire automatically by the end of the month. You would be required to upgrade to a new plan. However, if you require add-on credits, we have a pay-as-you-go plan that caters to your on-spot requirements. You can recharge your account with the desired credits and continue using our services.
Can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my subscription?
